Samantha Gillian Cooper known to everyone as Sammy sadly passed away on the 10th November 2009 at 9.30am. Samantha was in hospital for three days she had pneumonia and swine flu. She was a Loving mother to kacie her daughter, Loving daughter of Debbie and Kevin. And Loving Sister of Brian and the late Leon (gts). Samantha comes from a large family of aunts uncles cousins and has lots of friends she will be sadly missed by all. Always in our hearts and Forever young x x x R.I.P Sammy x x x
